You might be feeling overwhelmed or be struggling with something that’s happened in your life and finding you need therapy.
It could be you there’s something you have been wanting to address for some time, or simply are seeking a supportive space.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. It might be you don’t specifically know what the issue is, but want things to be better.
This isn’t a complete list of why you might contact me — we’re all unique — but gives some idea of the experiences of people I work with:
- Low mood, depression and hopelessness
- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Feeling lonely or lost
- Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or struggling with certain emotions
- Bereavement, recent or from the past
- Relationship difficulties romantically, with family, friends or at work
- Unresolved emotions and memories from childhood
- Needing to explore one’s identity
